We have a dedicated team of Professionally and Technically qualified personnel backed ably by skilled and trained work force who are always on the job with single minded commitment towards our goals and ambitions.

Our principle concern and the key to our success for almost a decade has been total customer satisfaction. In the fast and ever changing world of high technology, we recognize the significance of forging close customer relationships. These relationships ensure our common goals. Therefore, we are continuously challenging ourselves to be a premier supplier. Special attention is given to provide a reliable, high quality product.

Our engineering, application experience, and manufacturing capabilities allow for the most technological problems to be solved with relative ease. The manufacturing methods are state of the art and automated whenever possible.

Each product is manufactured with customer specification through strict adherence to documented procedures and production record keeping. Validated systems and equipment and analysis of products allow for products to be manufactured under identical conditions each and every lot. Beginning with the initial customer contact through shipment of product, the quality and production systems utilize feedback channels to keep the manufacturing practices in constant state of control and improvement.

What do we do
We are a multi faceted manufacturing unit. We manufacture a range of products conforming to various National and International Standards as well as to specific Customer Requirements.

In our quest for excellence, we have not left any stone unturned with regards to the infrastructure required to setup a world class manufacturing unit (Our List of Plant and Machinery is enclosed)

How can we do what we do
In our quest for excellence and recognition, the first step was to achieve Product Certifications from the Bureau of Indian Standards. Recognizing our efforts and will to excel the Bureau has granted us Licenses in all.

How do we ensure what we do is right
Having achieved a part of what we had embarked to do, the next step was to ensure that what we do is correct the first time and always, the need was to establish a system for ensuring repeatability of working. We have ensured this by incorporating a user friendly and Customer Oriented Quality Management System. Our system has been recognized and accepted by none other than ICS and they have registered our efforts with their certification of our Quality System (ISO-9001-2000).

How do we check what we do is right
Having got the infrastructure to manufacture and a system to ensure conformance the next step was to establish a place to certify that what we have setup our own in-house Testing Facility complete in all respects to the requirements of our product range (List of Testing Instruments enclosed)

Howe do we prove that what we say we do
To prove our commitment towards quality and system we have setup a Four Tier system of documentation, which comprises of

• National and International Standards: These guide us in ensuring Product Quality
• Quality Assurance Manual: Lays down the policy of our management towards quality and defines various procedures to achieve it.
• Departmental Procedures: These lay down the functions and responsibilities of various departments.
• Work Instructions and Plant Standards: These lay down the exact method of doing things. Our brief Product Catalogue is enclosed)

What have we achieved so far
As the saying goes Rome was not built overnight, we too are taking things as they are come but ensuring a steady rise in our capacity and capability. The figures of the last year (Balance Sheets for the Last Years ended on 31-03-2005 and 31-03-2006 enclosed) are indicative of this very fact. Our ever-increasing Customer base (Some orders received and executed by us is enclosed) is testimony to the fact that we are on the way to achieving our ultimate goal.
